At Oceano Dive Centre, the NAUI Night Diver course consists of two main phases:

• Theory. The academic training will help you understand the extra skills involved in this course, first at home doing an eLearning then a review in our classroom with your instructor.
• Water Skill Dive Day. You will learn all the skills required to dive safely up to 40m by completing the necessary training over a minimum of 2 open water dives.

This course is to provide the diver with the skills and knowledge needed to minimise the risks of diving at night. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates are considered competent to engage in open water diving activities without supervision, provided the diving environment, activities, areas dived, and equipment approximate those of training.

You can include an extra NITROX specialty with this course for a discounted price, ask staff how.

Prerequisites

To enrol in the NAUI Deep  Diver course you must:

• Pay the course fee in full
• Be at least 15 years-old (Junior available for 10-14 year-olds, ask in store)
• Have a NAUI Open Water certification or equivalent
• Have done an open water dive in the last 3 months with one of our instructors
• Complete the eLearning before review day
• Have OR hire a full set of SCUBA equipment plus :
• Dive Computer
• Torch (primary and backup)
• Tank Light

What's Included in the NAUI Night Diver Course Fee

Our course fee includes the following materials:

• NAUI Night Diver eLearning course
• NAUI app including all dive tools and logbook
• NAUI e-certification in your NAUI app
• Use of dive tanks
• Small class size (between 2 to 4 people max)
• Oceano Training guaranty

Items Not Included

We do not include dive gear (SCUBA set, mask, snorkel, boots, fins and weight belt and dive lights) as you will need these items once you are a certified diver. There is a student discount on purchasing these items when you buy from Oceano Dive Centre.

Note Regarding Certification Dives

Dive is an outdoor activity completely out of our control, if weather is not safe to dive we will reschedule your dives, we will do our best to inform ASAP at the latest within 24 hours from the scheduled dive dates.
