The course usually runs over 2 days, the first being a theory review and the second in the water learning and practicing techniques.
Students must be at least 18 years old, and you must have your own mask & snorkel, wetsuit, weight belt & weights, and long blade fins. All of which we have in store for at a low price, so if you need anything come in store and one of our staff members will be able to help you out!
