At Oceano Dive Centre, the NAUI Tandem SCUBA Diver program consists of two main phases:

• Theory. The academic training will help you understand the skills involved in this program, in our classroom with your instructor.
• Practical Day. You will experience SCUBA dive one-on-one with one of our instructors for about 30 to 40 minutes up to 12 metres of depth .

This is a non-certification program to allow non-divers to experience SCUBA diving. Participants may SCUBA dive in open water under closely controlled conditions.

Prerequisites

To enrol in the NAUI Tandem SCUBA Diver you must:

• Pay the course fee in full
• Be able to swim
• Be at least 10 years-old
• Complete the eLearning before review day

Our course fee includes the following materials:

• NAUI Diploma of participation
• One-on-one class
• Use of all dive gear required

• Transportation to and from the dive sites/pool
